Potassium Sulphate also called Sulphate of potash (SOP), arcanite, or archaically potash of sulfur, is the inorganic compound with formula K2SO4, a white water-soluble solid. It is commonly used in fertilizers, providing both potassium and sulfur. K2O %- 50.

Application

• Potassium and Magnesium Sulfate is a rich source of sulfur, potassium and magnesium, dietary essentials for animals and poultry.
• It is slowly soluble, thereby supplying sulfur, potassium and magnesium at a controlled rate for optimum use by rumen microbes.
• It provides a balanced diet and can help prevent cardiovascular diseases. In farm animals, potassium is used, for example, to treat heat stress.
